Legacy Coaching

Overview

You’ve done it. You ran the race and you’re ready to begin the process of turning your organization over to the next generation of leaders. Maybe it’s a family member. Maybe it’s a business leader you’ve mentored. Or maybe you are selling to another entity. No matter the outcome, this is a complex process that involves strategy, emotion, and long-term implications for your future.

How do you simultaneously let go while providing just the right amount of guidance and oversight?

How do you keep your identity intact, and perhaps even expand your meaning and purpose into something even bigger?

Yes, you are moving away from the organization you’ve led for so many years. But you are also stepping into something new—an era that will continue to shape and define your legacy.

Our legacy coaching program pairs you with an Executive Coach who will help you honor your past, be intentional about how you are showing up in the present, and proactively shape the future you want for yourself, your family, and your organization.
