In this multi-part process, our team will customize, promote, and deploy the Learning and Developmental Culture Index to assess:

  • Employees’ motivation and commitment to their own growth
  • Managers’ role in fostering career development
  • The organization’s investment in the right policies and infrastructure to deliver against goals.

Our research team will analyze the results and deliver insights tailored to your organization, along with clear next steps. You’ll then work side-by-side with us to evaluate the results, build a concrete plan to strengthen your learning and development culture, and establish benchmarks for future measurement of progress.
