program hero

Overview

Work with our research team to get the real story on what employees think about working at your organization.

You already know why you should care: Higher engagement means higher productivity, better customer service, workplace safety, employee health, and retention.1, 2

Through this multi-step process, our team will customize, promote, and deploy an engagement survey to assess key drivers and overall engagement. We’ll analyze the numbers and come back with what matters most to your organization—and provide guidance on what happens next.

You’ll work side-by-side with Truist Leadership Institute to evaluate results, build a concrete plan designed to lift your engagement levels, and establish future benchmarks for ongoing progress.
