Team coaching is a long-term process that helps intact teams align on goals, foster innovation, and adapt to external changes. A coach works with the team to strengthen relationships, improve self-awareness, leverage strengths, and address aspects that are holding the team back. The process in highly immersive, with team members defining goals and actively working to advance the team.
