Psychology of Change

Overview

We’ve discovered that effective leaders of change know two important things—what to do, and how to be. Psychology of Change equips you to do both effectively by providing insight into your own mindset when leading and managing change. You can also expect to develop an understanding of change at an organizational level, identifying dynamics that support and hinder forward movement, and creating a sense of urgency toward new positive outcomes.
