Symone’s passion for leadership development is grounded in both research and real-world experience. Prior to joining Truist, she worked in learning and development at Syngenta Crop Protection, where she was first introduced to leadership development. With over a decade of experience across manufacturing and contact center environments, she designs learning experiences that are evidence-based, human-centered, and directly applicable to the challenges leaders face today.
