Dr. Sally Woods is Senior Vice President, Executive Consultant at Truist Leadership Institute. She facilitates TLI transformational leadership and team experiences for both Truist teammates and external clients. Sally has been with Truist Leadership Institute since 2007.

Dr. Woods has consulted with a wide range of domestic and international companies for over four decades, including Cardinal Health, The U.S. Army, Singha Beer, Avenor Inc., Gwinnett Health Systems, and the Petroleum Authority of Thailand. Her work focused on enterprise-wide change, creating integrated leadership development systems, and leadership and team development. She has also served as Director of Training and Development at various consulting firms, setting strategy and being responsible for the firms’ future success. For over two decades, Dr. Woods was the owner and President of Woods Consulting, working with corporate and non-profit clients in leadership development, executive coaching, and employee learning. She began her career as a therapist and director of several non-profit programs. Her breadth of experience offers leaders and teams an unparalleled perspective to achieve individual and organizational goals, including the ability to execute change and enhance employee performance while cultivating meaningful relationships.

Dr. Woods is an active volunteer for Mary Ann Morris Animal Society and serves on the Board of Directors for Kernersville Arts and Crafts Guild. Over the years, she has served on the Board of Planned Parenthood of Middle & East Tennessee, Inc., volunteered with Mobile Meals, and raised funds for a myriad of charities, such as low-income clinics, Toys for Tots, and animal rescue.
