He has also advised senior leaders on applying neuroleadership tools to identify behavior patterns in sales activity, build accountable performance systems, and improve business growth outcomes. Earlier in his career, Oscar’s team managed The Banking School at Wake Forest University, the Education Assistance Program, and multiple external education initiatives, workshops, and seminars. Oscar holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Colorado University and completed executive studies at Southern Methodist University.
