Kemp Allen is the Marketing and Brand Manager at the Truist Leadership Institute where he leads strategic marketing efforts that strengthen brand clarity, expand audience reach, and elevate the Institute’s thought leadership presence. He brings more than a decade of experience in digital marketing, content strategy, SEO, and cross‑channel campaign development across financial services, healthcare, CPG, higher education, and technology‑driven organizations. Kemp’s expertise includes developing data‑informed marketing strategies, shaping compelling content ecosystems, and partnering with cross‑functional teams to deliver cohesive brand experiences. His background also includes advancing AI adoption and policy development in agency settings, positioning teams to work more efficiently and creatively in a rapidly evolving landscape.
Before joining the Truist Leadership Institute, Kemp served as Associate Director of Strategy at Pace Communications where he led integrated marketing and content initiatives for national brands and guided clients in using digital insights to achieve business growth. He holds an MBA and a BS in International Business Studies and Marketing from UNC Greensboro. Outside of work, Kemp enjoys traveling to new places, exploring great food, and staying active on the tennis court.
