Jenni Marsh is Senior Executive Consultant at Truist Leadership Institute. She has held this position since September 2021 and contributes to the design and delivery of Truist Leadership Institute programs for senior and executive leaders, facilitating transformational experiences for optimizing individual and team performance.

Previously, Jenni was an Executive Consultant at Truist Leadership Institute from April 2019 until September 2021. During this time, Jenni facilitated programs, workshops, keynote addresses, and executive coaching for internal and external clients. Prior, Jenni excelled at Wake Forest Baptist Health and UNC Healthcare as a Human Resources leader, steering organizational strategy to achieve business objectives amid multiple corporate acquisitions. Jenni brings experiences in Corporate Education and the Department of Behavioral Health, as well as contributes expertise in people strategy, exceptional practices for leading teams, and a proven ability to champion business goals.

Marsh has served on the Board of United Way of Greater Greensboro since 2022 and on the Human Resources sub-committee of that Board. She is an active volunteer with the youth at her church.
