Anita Greenland serves as Senior Vice President, Director of Client Engagement at Truist Leadership Institute, where she leads client engagement, sales, marketing, and growth strategies designed to help organizations and leaders achieve meaningful and sustainable performance. In this role, she partners closely with Truist teammates and external clients to expand relationships, deliver impactful leadership solutions, and drive measurable business outcomes.
Anita brings more than three decades of experience in sales, leadership, and learning and development. She is known for helping organizations strengthen revenue growth while improving how leaders and teams feel and function at work. Prior to joining Truist Leadership Institute, Anita founded WorkFlowGrow®, a consulting firm focused on identifying gaps in sales strategy, process, and talent, and developing solutions through consulting, training, coaching, and mentoring. Her clients have included global organizations across financial services, manufacturing, energy, healthcare, and technology.
Previously, Anita held executive leadership roles at The Brooks Group, including Chief Sales Officer and Chief Learning Experience Officer. During her tenure, she led record-breaking revenue growth, modernized sales processes, launched award-winning learning solutions, and guided the organization through a rapid transition to virtual delivery while maintaining high client satisfaction. She also led cross-functional teams of facilitators, instructional designers, coaches, and consultants to deliver impactful learning experiences for global clients.
Anita began her career in media sales with Dick Broadcasting Company, where she advanced from Account Manager, Non-Traditional Revenue Director, to Local Sales Manager. She built and coached high-performing sales teams, consistently achieved revenue goals, and developed innovative revenue streams through strategic partnerships and integrated marketing solutions.
She is also the bestselling author of Sales Resiliency: Stress Less. Sell More., where she shares practical strategies to help sales professionals and leaders perform at a high level while managing pressure and building sustainable success.
Anita holds a B.A. in Marketing from Loyola University of Chicago and an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology. She is a Certified Professional in Learning and Performance, a certified facilitator of multiple sales methodologies, and a Registered Yoga Teacher and NASM Certified Personal Trainer—credentials that reflect her integrative approach to performance, leadership, and wellbeing.
