A passionate believer in the power of exceptional leadership, Ros Guerrie brings decades of experience in leadership, curriculum design, and facilitation into her role as Director of Client Solutions at Truist Leadership Institute. Prior to joining the Truist Leadership Institute, Ros led the leadership development functions for several financial services organizations, including Truist. In these roles, she designed and delivered highly impactful learning experiences, positively influencing the success of leaders at all levels. She also played a key role in mergers, leveraging her expertise in change management to support over fifteen bank mergers throughout twenty-five years. In 2014, Ros was invited to join the Leadership Institute team, and contributed to our growth through the development of solutions that accelerate awareness for leaders, resulting in better outcomes for themselves, their teams, and their organizations. Her unique perspective as both a designer and consumer of leadership development continues to inform her work in creating strong partnerships with clients and organizations.
Ros is a regular featured author of the Truist Leadership Institute Magazine, as well as several whitepapers and articles. In addition to her work with Truist Leadership Institute, Ros serves her community through the United Way of Forsyth County Women’s Leadership Council and Educated Forsyth Impact Council, and is regular volunteer with the Truist Lighthouse Project.
